Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final

All purchases from PermaClone are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse.

Please ensure you review product specifications carefully before placing your order, including collar size and system compatibility.

Exchanges (Case-by-Case Approval)

We may offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis for sizing or compatibility issues with PermaClone aeroponic cloning system collars.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items are unused, unsoiled, and in original condition
  • Items are returned in original packaging
  • Exchange request is pre-approved before return shipment

Customer Responsibility for Exchange Shipping

  • Customer pays all shipping costs (return + reshipment)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for return shipping loss or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect item shipped

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@permaclone.com with your order number and photos.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used or installed collars/components
  • Items not in original condition
  • Improper use or installation damage
  • Late requests outside eligibility window

Order Changes

Orders may only be modified or canceled before fulfillment. Once processing begins, changes are not possible.

Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions or appear abusive or inconsistent with normal use.
