Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (United States): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

PermaClone is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

PermaClone is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on local laws or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
